The officers of the corporation shall consist of a President, President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer and an Executive Director or Administrator (“Administrator”) Officers, except the Administrator, shall be elected for a term of two years beginning on July 1 of the year of election. The President-Elect, once duly elected, shall succeed to the office of President without further election or other action by the membership.
